All Cafés from Sayat-Nova to Nalbandyan Street Will Be Demolished

The section of the circular park from Sayat-Nova Street to Nalbandyan Street will be fully reconstructed and renovated. This was announced by the spokesman of the municipality, Hayk Kostanyan, on his Facebook page.

“All cafés and various other structures operating in the specified area will be demolished. This includes Tashir Pizza, Labirint, Novella Music Hall, Montana Music House, Hulkah Lounge & Rum's, and other buildings and kiosks,” the spokesman detailed.

He also mentioned that a complex will be restored and utilized to enhance the existing cultural heritage resources of the park, allowing for organized tourism around a group of significant national and local monuments.
