This was stated by Nikol Pashinyan during his speech at a meeting with the members of the ruling party in Gavarr.

“We are building schools and sports halls; it seems we are engaged in some patriotic programs. But when we go out and face reality, we see that it is detached from our perceptions. Again, we return to the question of the model of patriotism. The question arises whether the people who are doing this work, and it does not always turn out well, are not patriots? I have no doubt about the patriotism of these people,” Pashinyan noted.
