This was stated by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a meeting of the initiative group of the 'Civil Contract' party. He added, 'To get out of the wordplay, we say: under what conditions does Iran provide connection, we are ready under the same conditions for both rail and road.'

He also spoke about the trilateral statement of November 9. 'Azerbaijan has been developing rhetoric regarding the Zangezur corridor for three years, referring to the trilateral statement of November 9. I promise a monetary reward to whoever finds the term “Zangezur corridor” in that statement,' said the Prime Minister, adding that no one can receive that reward, as 'there is simply no such statement in the trilateral declaration.'
