Passport Units to Serve Those Displaced from Artsakh on Saturdays: Details

In the coming Saturdays, passport units of the Migration and Citizenship Service will serve individuals displaced from Artsakh. This announcement was made by the Migration and Citizenship Service.

Despite the fact that individuals displaced from Artsakh and currently in Armenia are being served on an expedited basis at passport services in Yerevan without the requirement for electronic queuing since the first days of their displacement, there have still been accumulations on-site and difficulties in managing live queues.

“To properly organize the registration and documentation process for individuals forcibly displaced from Artsakh and temporarily under protection in the Republic of Armenia, and to meet the existing demand in a timely manner, working days have been designated on the upcoming Saturdays of January 13 and 20, 2024. The hours of operation will be from 09:00 to 18:00 for the passport units of the Central, Nor Nork, Shengavit, Arabkir, Avan, Kanaker-Zeytun, Malatya, Erebuni, Mashtots, Charbakh, Kotayk, Vagharshapat, Ashtarak, Ararat group (city of Vedi), Ararat department, Artashat, Goris, Ijevan, Nairi, Hrazdan, Nor Hajn, and Metsamor regions,” the announcement states.
