668 New Jobs to Be Created in Armenia; Economy Ministry Signs Agreements with 4 Companies
668 new jobs will be created in Armenia as the Economy Ministry has signed agreements with four companies. The Minister of Economy, Vahan Kerobyan, announced this on his Facebook page:
“We have signed contracts with four companies, aiming to make an investment of approximately 17 billion AMD and create 668 jobs in the Aragatsotn and Kotayk regions, as well as in Yerevan. The companies involved are ‘UM Agro’ LLC, ‘Agropro’ LLC, ‘Europlast 999’ LLC, and ‘GNC Alpha’ LLC.”
Under the framework of the “Infrastructure in exchange for investments” program, the Economy Ministry will reimburse expenses related to roads, water supply, gas supply, electricity supply, and telecommunications systems. “Our goal is to encourage investors while simultaneously contributing to the improvement of infrastructure in various regions of the country,” Kerobyan stated.
