VIDEO: Over One Ton of Cocaine Seized in Russia
In the Great Port of Saint Petersburg, officials from the Federal Customs Service and the FSB have uncovered a significant stash of cocaine. This information has been reported by the press service of the Federal Customs Service, as noted by meduza.io.
The cocaine, weighing over one ton, was discovered in the form of thousands of bricks, imported from Nicaragua. Some of the packages were marked as 'BBB,' while others displayed the label 'Dior' (the Federal Customs Service did not clarify what this might signify).
The street value of the seized cargo is estimated at 11 billion rubles. A criminal case has been initiated based on the incident, specifically for large-scale drug smuggling (Article 229.1, Part 4(b) of the Criminal Code of Russia).
