A State Security Employee Commits Suicide in Ejmiadzin

Tragic events have unfolded in the Armavir region as the body of a National Security Service employee from the Ejmiadzin division was discovered in a garage.

On January 10, a distressing incident occurred in the Armavir region. The police department of the Armavir regional administration, along with the criminal investigation department of the Vagharshapat police station, received operational information about a man's body hanging in a garage located in one of the buildings on Surb Grigor Lusavorich Street in Armavir city.

According to Shamshyan, police officers and investigators found the body of 50-year-old G. T., a resident of the Armavir region, hanging from the roof of the garage. Preliminary conclusions from the forensic examination indicate that no signs of violence were found on the body during the external examination.

An investigation into the incident has been launched at the Vagharshapat investigative division. The investigator ordered a forensic medical examination of the body. According to sources, this incident is regarded as a suicide, and the man worked at the National Security Service's Ejmiadzin division in the Armavir region.
