Video: Drugs Were Served in Drahktik, Residential Neighbor Also Present

Criminal investigators in Chambarak received information regarding drug use. According to the information, a 28-year-old resident of Drahktik village in the Gegharkunik region had recently visited the home of a 29-year-old villager, where a 43-year-old neighbor was also present.

The 28-year-old young man took marijuana from a paper package, dried it on the stove, and placed it in a plastic bottle for personal use, sharing it with the attendees.

A similar incident had occurred earlier in January, this time at the empty parental home of the neighbor. After using the drugs, the young man had served it to the other two.

Used drug containers were discovered at the parental home of the 43-year-old woman. On January 5, criminal proceedings were initiated in the Sevan investigative division based on the characteristics of Article 393, Part 1 of the Criminal Code. The 28 and 29-year-old men were identified and summoned to the investigative body, where the serving youth was arrested and subsequently detained. Circumstances are under investigation.
