Photos from the Yerevan Music No. 13 Special School have been published by Grigor Yeritsyan, a member of the Yerevan City Council from the "National Progress" faction. "Yerevan Music No. 13 Special School is the face of the state and community. Pashinyan, act!" wrote Grigor Yeritsyan.

Later, Grigor Yeritsyan added, "Update. The Office of the Human Rights Defender of the Republic of Armenia informed me that they are addressing the issue and have recorded several problems that require systemic and urgent solutions." Recall that representatives of the Human Rights Defender conducted an unannounced monitoring visit to the 'Yerevan Music No. 13 Special School' state non-commercial organization under the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports of the Republic of Armenia on December 21, 2023. The representatives of the Defender noted several issues, some of which are systemic and require urgent solutions.
