Weather Update in Armenia

Weather conditions across the Republic are expected to be dry without precipitation on January 8-9. This information comes from the Hydro-Meteorology and Monitoring Center.

On January 10, significant precipitation and fog are anticipated in many regions, with isolated showers expected on the 11th and 12th. In mountainous areas, the precipitation will fall as snow, while in lowland and pre-mountain regions, it will be rain and rain-snow mix.

The wind will be coming from the west at a speed of 3-7 m/s, with an expected intensification on January 8 reaching 14-17 m/s and up to 20-25 m/s on the 9th.

The nighttime temperatures from January 8-10 will gradually rise by 4-6 degrees.

In Yerevan, there is no precipitation expected on January 8-9 and 11. Precipitation and fog are forecasted for January 10 and 12. During the day on January 8, temperatures in the capital will range from 9-11 degrees, dropping to +3...+5 degrees in the evening hours.
