VIDEO: Russian Minister Curses Family of Employee Who Complained Against Him

The hand of the person who wrote a complaint against me should dry up.

The head of the Emergency Situations Ministry of Volgograd has cursed the family of an employee who filed a complaint against him. The statements of Nikolai Lyubavin, head of the Volgograd region's Emergency Situations Ministry, were captured in a video that has now been published online.

“They wrote that I was lobbying for Otkritie Bank. The prosecutor's office has conducted an investigation. That my wife works at the bank, that Lyubavin receives benefits, and so on. Whoever wrote this, their hands should dry up, and their entire family should suffer from malignant tumors,” said the official.

It is unclear when the video was recorded. A source from the Emergency Situations Ministry claims that the recording was made “a long time ago,” and that Lyubavin and his subordinates have been writing complaints against each other to the leadership of the Emergency Situations Ministry.

State Duma deputy Alexander Khinshtein asserts that an inspection has been launched regarding the head of Volgograd's Emergency Situations Ministry.
