VIDEO: Criminal Case Against Blogger for Throwing Child into Deep Snowbank

State Duma deputy Nina Ostanina has announced plans to approach the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation regarding a video filmed by blogger Sergey Kosenko featuring his newborn son. Earlier, a video circulated on social networks showing the blogger throwing his two-month-old son into the air, where he lands in a deep snowbank.

Following critical comments, the blogger claimed that the object being thrown was a doll dressed in baby clothes; however, not all users believed this explanation. Ostanina stated, 'I consider Kosenko's actions not only immoral but also criminal.' According to Ostanina, even if Kosenko threw a doll, it still represents an inhumane model of behavior.
