20-Year-Old Cousin Stabbed During Argument

Late last night, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia received a report from the Sisian Medical Center that a 20-year-old man had been transferred there with stab wounds to the chest. This was reported by the Armenian Police.

Officers from the Siunik Regional Police Department and the Sisian Division determined that on January 5, around 11:00 PM, during an argument in one of the houses on Shahumyan Street in Sisian, a 39-year-old resident of the same house stabbed his 20-year-old cousin, causing bodily injury.

The 39-year-old man presented a confession statement at the Sisian Police Department. He has been arrested and the relevant documents have been prepared and submitted to the Sisian Investigative Division.
