VIDEO: Nikol Pashinyan Confuses Name of Newly Appointed Minister of High-Tech Industry

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan expressed gratitude to Armen Ghulyan, the head of the Urban Development Committee, and the governor of Lori province, A.
