I believe Shahramanyan will find a solution that won't embarrass him: Serzh Sargsyan

In a conversation with journalists at the courthouse, the third President of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, stated that he has had meetings with the President of Artsakh, Samvel Shahramanyan, during this time.

Commenting on Shahramanyan's advisor's announcement regarding the annulment of the decree of Artsakh's dissolution, Sargsyan noted: “He referred to a completely different document that was signed in October, which has nothing to do with the previous decree. I believe that in all circumstances, Samvel Shahramanyan will find a solution that will benefit our people, that will not embarrass him at all times, and will exclude the possibility that one person, even if he is the president of the republic, can dissolve that republic.”
