VIDEO: Pashinyan-Aliyev Handshake in Saint Petersburg

The President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, has joined the leaders of the CIS countries at the "Tsarskoye Selo" museum-preserve in Saint Petersburg. A video published by RIA Novosti shows the handshake between Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Aliyev.
