Today marks the birthday of David Ishkhanyan, the Chairman of the National Assembly of Artsakh, who was abducted by Azerbaijan.
Member of the National Assembly from the 'Armenia' faction, Ishkhan Saghatelyan, made a post stating: “Happy birthday, dear friend. Wishing you strength and patience. Your conscious and responsible character is needed by our homeland,” wrote the deputy.
