"Why Have Half of the Gazelles Purchased During Your Mayorship Broken Down?" Galjyan Asks Marutyan

Armen Galjyan, the head of the My Step faction in the Yerevan City Council, stated during the discussions on the draft budget of the capital that when talking about inefficient expenditures, he recalls the Gazelles purchased in 2019, half of which have already broken down.

“Mr. Marutyan, I would ask you to return to the hall and use your speech during the next question to explain to the people of Yerevan why half of the Gazelles purchased during your mayorship have broken down,” Galjyan questioned Marutyan, who had left the hall after his speech.
