Russian President Vladimir Putin’s press secretary Dmitry Peskov has not disclosed the format of Putin's New Year address to the Russians, stating that such details are never announced in advance, as reported by TASS.

“We never make announcements about this beforehand,” Peskov told reporters. Remember, President Vladimir Putin had previously mentioned that he would welcome the New Year with close ones, around a glass of champagne.
