Russia and Armenia Discuss New Agreements, Says Kopirkin
Russia and Armenia are discussing new agreements in the field of military-technical cooperation. This was announced by Sergey Kopirkin, the Russian ambassador to Armenia, in an interview with TASS.
“In some individual contracts, there are indeed issues related to the obligations of Russian enterprises to fulfill the state defense order, but these are working questions that are resolved as a result of dialogue between the relevant departments of Russia and Armenia,” the head of the Russian diplomatic mission noted.
Kopirkin emphasized that almost all contracts signed in the field of military-technical cooperation between the two countries have been completed on time and with high quality. He highlighted that the military-technical cooperation between the two countries has a long tradition and is based on the agreement on the development of military-technical cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Armenia, signed on June 25, 2013.
