We remind you that earlier we reported that tensions in the village of Noratus, located in the Gegharkunik province, have not calmed down as the conflict between water patrol officers and poachers continues. Since last night, poachers from several neighboring villages have gathered in Noratus and are preparing to stage a protest by blocking the Yerevan-Sevan highway.

The police, who have been on duty for three days to prevent clashes between poachers and water patrol officers, have stepped up their actions. They are detaining those who are leaving the village. A resident of Noratus, Bagrat, told the newspaper that about 30 people have already been arrested.
