VIDEO: Footage of Incident Between Masked Fishermen and Patrol Officers
Footage has been published online depicting an incident between masked fishermen from Noratuz and patrol officers. It has been previously reported that in Gegharkunik, fishermen engaged in mass hooliganism and used violence against officials performing their duties; 26 individuals were arrested. This information was provided by the Investigative Committee.
