VIDEO. 'I am telling you what you should do, as I know the private sector well' – Sukiasyan to Kerobyan
During a session of the Permanent Commission on Regional Eurasian Integration in the National Assembly, member of the My Step Alliance, Khachatur Sukiasyan, posed a question to the Minister of Economy, Vahan Kerobyan. 'What percentage of our GDP has been allocated to support local producers over the last four years, and what is the share of products creating added value in Armenia that are exported to the EAEU market?' Sukiasyan asked.
Vahan Kerobyan responded that they work very closely with both embassies and the countries where they see great potential. 'We are working with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and embassies to enhance the economic agenda within their overall activities. There are embassies where the work is very effective, while there are others where efforts need to be reiterated,' said Kerobyan.
Sukiasyan remarked, 'I am telling you what you should do, as I know the private sector well.'
