They Manipulate and Use Him: Lavrov

The head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense, Kyrylo Budanov's connections with U.S. special operations forces indicate that Ukraine is merely a pawn in the hands of the West. This was announced by Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov during a broadcast on Channel One. The information was reported by RIA Novosti.

“Budanov has, in my opinion, openly admitted that he is working in coordination with U.S. special operations leadership,” he said. Lavrov added that special units have been established alongside the Ukrainian Armed Forces for close coordination with the CIA and MI6.

“All of this clearly shows that Ukraine is an unreliable country that is being manipulated and used,” he explained. Lavrov previously emphasized that the U.S. is orchestrating the war against Russia in Ukraine and urged NATO and the EU to recognize the complete deadlock in the conflict they initiated through Zelensky's regime against Russia.
