Ukraine Attempted to Attack Russian Territory with Over 30 Drones: Russian Defense Ministry

The Russian air defense systems have destroyed and intercepted 33 Ukrainian drones in the Lipetsk, Rostov, and Volgograd regions during the night. This was reported by the Russian Ministry of Defense, according to TASS.

“Last night, an attempt by the Kyiv regime to carry out a terrorist attack using aviation-type unmanned aerial vehicles on targets located in the territory of the Russian Federation was thwarted. The deployed air defense systems destroyed and intercepted 33 Ukrainian drones in the territories of the Lipetsk, Rostov, and Volgograd regions,” said a statement published on the ministry’s Telegram channel.
