Soft Mobilization Begins in Lviv Streets, Media Reports
A soft mobilization has begun in the streets of Lviv. Military registration and recruitment office staff are informing passersby about the advantages of contract service. This has been reported by Ukrainian media.
As part of the initiative, recruitment center staff are stopping potential conscripts in the streets and persuading them to enlist. Their goal is to motivate passersby by presenting the opportunities and benefits of contract military service.
It was noted that a week ago, adviser to the head of President Volodymyr Zelensky's office, Mykhailo Podolyak, admitted during an appearance on a Ukrainian telethon that the next mobilization in Ukraine will not be easy. “Mobilization will be difficult,” he stated.
