Ozbiliz: Has He Reached an Agreement with Henrikh Mkhitaryan to Bring Him Back to the National Team?

Aras Ozbiliz, who has declared his candidacy for the presidency of the Football Federation of Armenia, has stated multiple times that he will do everything possible to bring Henrikh Mkhitaryan back to the national team.

Aysor.am asked Ozbiliz if any agreements have been reached with Mkhitaryan regarding this matter and whether the issue has been discussed. He responded, “It’s not about reaching certain agreements. Henrikh is at a level as a football player where he decides for himself where he plays. I am in constant contact with him, and I thank my friend who is by my side, encouraging and supporting me. In recent interviews, I have repeatedly said, and I reaffirm now, that I will do everything within my power to ensure players like Henrikh Mkhitaryan play for the national team until the end of their careers. Of course, I would be very happy if Henrikh returns to the national team. He is a brilliant example and proof for our youth that Armenian football can produce world stars,” he said in an interview with the media.
