VIDEO: Land Grabbed by Former Bodyguard of Serge Sargsyan Returned to the State

The land plot at the 'Yerablur' pantheon, previously owned by Vachagan Sargsyan, the former head of the bodyguard of former president Serge Sargsyan, has been nationalized and secured under the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures by a government decision.

According to Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures Gnel Sanosyan, during the investigations conducted by the Prosecutor General’s Office regarding the confiscation of property of illegal origin, four amicable agreements were signed between interested parties, which resulted in the transfer of six units of immovable property and one unit of movable property to the state, providing a list of properties already registered under the ownership of Armenia. The management of these properties was discussed, and they have been secured under the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures.
