VIDEO: Ursula von der Leyen's Speech in the European Parliament 'Ended' with a Dog Bark
The speech of European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen at the European Parliament session 'ended' with a loud bark from a dog, which was broadcast through the audio system in the central assembly hall of the Parliament in Strasbourg, according to TASS.
'Let us show our citizens the strength of Europe when it stands united and with its head held high. Glory to Europe,' said von der Leyen, concluding her speech on the outcomes of the Spanish presidency in the EU Council.
After her words, a loud and prolonged bark was heard from the speakers, which a few seconds later drowned out the laughter of the European Parliament members.
