VIDEO: Police Confuses Russian and Slovak Flags and Asks Tourists to Remove Them
Julya
In the Estonian capital of Tallinn, the police requested tourists to remove their white-blue-red hats, mistakenly confusing the flags of Russia and Slovakia. This was reported by Delfi.
"A man and a woman wearing hats in the colors of white, blue, and red arrived at the Christmas market located in the Town Hall Square of Tallinn. The police approached them and warned them, as such symbols are prohibited in the country. However, it turned out that their hats were in the colors of the Slovak flag, not Russia," the publication states.
It is reported that last April, the Estonian parliament passed a law prohibiting the use of "hostile symbols."
