Larsi is Closed, Over 3000 Trucks Waiting to Cross

Due to snow and black ice, traffic is prohibited for vehicles with trailers and semi-trailers on the Gudauri-Kobi section. More than 3,000 trucks are waiting in line to cross, reports Sputnik Georgia.

Traffic is open for other types of vehicles. Vahan Hakobyan, the customs attaché of the Armenian Embassy in the Russian Federation, reports that there are 500 trucks from Armenia towards Russia and 1,000 trucks heading from Russia to Armenia in the queues.
