Former Lover of Spanish Queen Posts Photo of Her in Nightgown

Businessman Jaime Del Burgo has announced that Queen Letizia of Spain was his mistress and has published a selfie of her in a nightgown. This was reported by the Daily Mail.

Del Burgo claims that he was in a relationship with Letizia even before she met her future husband, King Felipe VI of Spain. Their relationship reportedly continued even after she married and became queen consort. It lasted until 2011, when Letizia unexpectedly called her lover and said they could no longer see each other. After that, Del Burgo married her sister.

To support his claims, the businessman shared a selfie of the queen on X (formerly Twitter). He asserts that he received it when Letizia was pregnant. In the photo, the Queen of Spain is wearing a nightgown and a black shawl, which Del Burgo claims belonged to him. The selfie was captioned with the words, "I cherish the moments until we meet again." Later, Del Burgo deleted the tweet with the photo.

A spokesperson for the Spanish royal family has declined to comment on Del Burgo's statements.
