Officials from Artsakh Not Included in the List of Returnees
Out of the 32 individuals handed over to Armenia, 26 were arrested in December 2020 in the Hadrut region, while the remaining 6 were detained at different times along the border, Azerbaijani media reports, according to Sputnik Armenia.
The list does not include Arayik Harutyunyan, Bako Sahakyan, Arkadi Ghukasyan, Ruben Vardanyan, as well as Vagif Khachaturyan and Alyosha Khosrovyan.
