Armenia Again Did Not Participate in the Latest CSTO Working Meeting

On November 30, a regular working meeting of representatives of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) member states took place in Skopje, ahead of the OSCE Ministerial Council meeting.

According to the Russian Foreign Ministry, the parties clarified their approaches to key issues on the OSCE agenda and agreed to strengthen cooperation in Vienna and other international platforms.

Foreign Ministry spokesperson Ani Badalyan reported that the Armenian representative did not attend this meeting, providing no further details.

Earlier today, Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan held a meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
