Biden: 'We Cannot Allow Putin to Win'

US President Joe Biden has addressed Congressional Republicans, requesting new military aid for Ukraine, warning that a Russian victory over Ukraine would give Moscow the opportunity to attack NATO allies, reports “Voice of America.”

A White House official stated that Washington plans to announce an additional $175 million in military aid to Kyiv on December 6.

“If Putin captures Ukraine, he won't stop there,” Biden emphasized, adding that Putin could attack a NATO ally, and “American troops would fight Russian forces.”

“We cannot allow Putin to win,” he stressed.
