Illegal Actions on Turkish Soil Will Have Serious Consequences: Turkey Threatens Israel

Following Israel's intention to target members of Hamas living outside of Palestine, including in Turkey, Israeli intelligence units have been warned that any illegal actions in Turkey will have serious consequences.

The American Wall Street Journal reported that Israel plans to assassinate Hamas members residing outside of Palestine. The article stated that Israeli intelligence services would focus on Hamas members in Lebanon, Turkey, and Qatar.

In a recording aired on Israeli state television KAN, Ronen Bar, the director of Israel's internal security agency Shin Bet, stated that "they intend to assassinate Hamas leaders worldwide, including in Qatar, Turkey, and Lebanon, even if it is required."
