‘Pyunik’ Denies: Football Club Has Not Been Sold

‘Pyunik’ football club has denied reports circulating in the media in recent days that the club’s president, Arthur Soghomonyan, has put the club up for sale, is in negotiations, or has already sold it.

“Our club is united and remains committed to its established approaches. The coaching staff led by Yeghishe Melikyan and the entire team are now faced with the highest goals, and we call on the entire football community to refrain from spreading false information that could disrupt the atmosphere within the team,” the club's statement said.

As previously announced, a press conference will take place on December 13, before the elections for the president of the Football Federation of Armenia, where our president will summarize the performance of the current leadership of the FFA, address the country's leadership and fans, and respond to all pressing questions from attendees,” the statement added.
