Video: Demonstrations Supporting Discharge in Various Cities of Ukraine

Demonstrations supporting discharge are taking place in various cities across Ukraine. Protesters are demanding the release of Ukrainian armed forces personnel who have been on the front lines for an extended period.

The wives and relatives of mobilized Ukrainians have come out for the protest. They are calling for the discharge of soldiers who have been serving in the Ukrainian armed forces for over 18 months.

Simultaneously, during the rally, Ukrainian authorities announced an air raid alert, which, however, did not intimidate the protesters, who merely moved towards an underground passage.

At the same time, mobilization operations continue to expand in Ukraine. As stated by Roman Kostenko, the chairman of the Supreme Rada’s Defense Committee, the issue of personnel shortages in the Ukrainian army is now more acute than the problem of a lack of shells. There are discussions about lowering the draft age, but even new conscripts will not help in the absence of a prepared command structure.
