“Against the backdrop of the tragedy in Artsakh, I cannot align myself with the reality when I see the entertainment programs shown by Public Television,” stated opposition faction MP Garnik Danielyan during a discussion on the election of members of the Television and Radio Commission in the National Assembly.

The MP noted that he has also not been impressed by the objectivity and impartiality of Public Television over the past 30 years, but emphasized the importance of having the commission member candidate express their evaluations.
