Major Car Accident on the Yerevan-Gyumri Highway: Casualties and Injuries Reported
Today at 11:42 AM, the Shirak Regional Rescue Service received a call regarding a traffic accident on the Horom-Beniamin highway, requiring the assistance of rescuers. This information was reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
A firefighting and rescue team from the regional rescue department was dispatched to the scene.
It was determined that three cars—a BMW (driver: A.S., born in 1982), a Ford (driver: V.K., born in 1989), and a Mercedes-Benz (driver: G.S., born in 1992)—collided at the 109th kilometer of the Yerevan-Gyumri highway. The driver of the Mercedes-Benz and a passenger, I.H. (born in 1977), were pronounced dead at the scene.
