Outcomes of the Meeting between the Deputy Prime Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan

On November 30, the fifth meeting occurred between the commissions on state border demarcation and border security issues of the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Azerbaijan, chaired by Armenia's Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan and Azerbaijan's Deputy Prime Minister Shahin Mustafayev.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia reports that the parties have preliminarily agreed on the text regarding the procedure for organizing and conducting meetings and joint working sessions between the two state border demarcation committees.

The parties also agreed to commence the work on aligning the draft regulations concerning the joint activities of the commissions on state border demarcation and border security issues. Furthermore, they reached an agreement to intensify the meetings of the commissions.
