No Elections in Ukraine Until the End of the War
All factions and groups of the Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada have decided to postpone the parliamentary and presidential elections in Ukraine until the end of military operations.
The decision states that elections can only be held no sooner than six months after martial law is lifted.
One of the participants in the event, Deputy Head of the Batkivshchyna faction Serhiy Sobolev, noted that the initiative to sign the declaration to prevent elections during wartime was made to avoid possible divisions within the country.
