Massive disruptions have been reported in the operations of Telegram. This is reported by Downdetector, a service that monitors the functioning of internet resources.

Most users have reported connectivity issues, while others noted that they are unable to refresh their information or receive new messages. Disruptions were first reported on the morning of November 30 by users in Rostov-on-Don and Krasnodar, who mentioned that the application has stopped functioning, with messages not appearing and photos and videos failing to upload.

However, it has been found that disruptions have also been observed in other countries; users from Germany, Uzbekistan, and Kazakhstan have also reported being unable to access the messaging service.

Telegram representatives have not yet commented on the situation.
