Details Revealed on the Agreements Between Armenian and Azerbaijani Deputy Prime Ministers
The fifth meeting of the state commissions on state border demarcation issues between Armenia and Azerbaijan has taken place.
On November 30, the fifth meeting of the state commissions on the demarcation of the state border and border security issues between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Azerbaijan was held, presided over by Armenian Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan and Azerbaijani Deputy Prime Minister Shahin Mustafayev.
The parties continued to discuss border demarcation issues, addressing various organizational and procedural matters.
The parties preliminarily agreed on the text of a protocol for organizing and conducting meetings and joint working sessions between the commission on border demarcation of the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as the state commission on border demarcation between the two countries.
They have also agreed to begin the process of coordinating the draft regulations regarding the joint activities of the commission on state border demarcation and border security issues and have agreed to enhance the frequency of the commissions' meetings.
Furthermore, the parties have agreed to set a date and location for the next meeting of the commissions in a working manner.
