Israel Opens Massive Fire; Humanitarian Ceasefire Violated in Gaza Strip

The Arab media outlets Al Arabiya and Al Hadath report that the Israeli Defense Forces have opened fire in the Gaza Strip. According to their information, explosions and gunfire have been heard west of Gaza City. Additionally, Israeli military forces are conducting heavy fire from the city of Khan Younis, located to the south of the Palestinian enclave, towards the east.

It is worth recalling that, based on agreements facilitated by international mediators from Egypt, Qatar, and the United States, the first day of an additional period of humanitarian ceasefire was set to begin at 07:00 local time (09:00 Yerevan time).
