If Car Sale Transactions Are Documented, the State Revenue Committee Will Avoid Strict Administration

The State Revenue Committee has provided new information regarding vehicles that have already been imported by companies engaged in car sales but have not yet undergone state registration for sale within the territory of Armenia.

“Until November 30, 2023, inclusive (that is, until the changes in the Armenian Tax Code take effect on December 1, 2023), if the sale transactions of the aforementioned vehicles are documented by accounting documents defined by the Armenian Tax Code, the State Revenue Committee will refrain from implementing strict administrative measures, considering the currently existing objective overload in the vehicle registration process,” the statement reads.
