Armenia Prepares Inter-State Complaint Against Azerbaijan in ECtHR Over Restoration of Property Rights for Artsakh Residents

Armenia is preparing an inter-state complaint against Azerbaijan in the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) regarding the restoration of property rights for residents of Nagorno-Karabakh.
