Production Activities of Dairy Plant Suspended in Lori Province

During an inspection conducted by the Shirak Regional Center of the Food Safety Inspection Body, it was found that a dairy plant owned by individual entrepreneur Armen Haroyan was operating in violation of the sanitary and hygienic norms established by legal acts in Lori Province, in the village of Blagodarnoye.

Specifically:

• The walls of the plant and the basins intended for whey were not smooth, were in disrepair, and could not be easily cleaned and sanitized.
• The ceiling did not have a smooth surface, and there were accumulations of dirt present.
• The equipment was in disrepair, rusted, and not properly cleaned and sanitized.

The production activities of the dairy plant have been suspended, and a deadline has been set for rectifying the identified violations.
