Lars is Closed for All Types of Vehicles

The rescue service reports that there is a closed road within the territory of the Republic of Armenia.

The road from the "Amberd" high mountainous meteorological station to K'ari Lich is closed in the Aragatsotn Province.

Regarding Lars, according to information received from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia's Emergency Management Department and the Crisis Management Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation in North Ossetia, the Stepantsminda-Lars road is closed for all types of vehicles. Drivers are advised to travel exclusively on winter tires.
