Appeal Filed in the Case of Vagif Khachatryan

An appeal has been filed against the court's decision in the case of Vagif Khachatryan. This was reported by his lawyer, Radmila Abilova.

According to the lawyer, an appeal has been submitted to the Baku Court of Appeal to overturn the verdict against Khachatryan. “I saw Khachatryan on November 24, he has no health problems, and I have explained all his rights to him,” she stated.

It is recalled that Vagif Khachatryan, a 68-year-old resident of Nagorno-Karabakh, was sentenced to 15 years in prison by a Baku court.
